[Grammy Awards] [Academy Awards] [Additional Awards] "I didn't - and still don't - think of myself as a songwriter. Most of the songs in my career have been written as instrumental themes for scores and had lyrics added later. Henry received 70 Grammy Awards nominations from the National Academy of Recordings Arts & Science - more than any other musician has received since the inception of the awards in 1958 - and won the following 20 Grammy Awards:
