4. Eurovision Song Contests TV Broadcast - Festival  - Franck Pourcel several times at the Eurovision Contests, mostly for France from 1956 to 1972 (most all the years) and was official conductor for the two Contests at Cannes, 1959 and 1961.

5. Hawaii Laser Disc - Scenic Video  - No appearance of Pourcel, only landscapes with Pourcel and another orchestra arrangements in the background.

6. Champs Elysées  TV - Musical Program - Many guests, including Franck Pourcel and his orchestra.     

  
These items are hard to find. Check eBay, GEMM, who knows? 
As for the Eurovision Song Contests, there are some official releases of the videos, but not for all the years, mostly for the most recent ones and the winners of course. There are some copies at eBay too.
